Double Chocolate Cheesecake - easy to make, and to eat!

175g digestive biscuits
50g butter, melted
200g mascarpone
300g cream cheese
300g milk chocolate, melted
100g dark chocolate, melted.

1. Crush biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Then press the biscuit mixture into the base of a 20cm spring form tin.

2. Mix the mascarpone with the cream cheese. Fold the milk chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and stir in the dark chocolate so it looks streaky.

3. Spoon into the tin, level the top and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
