Pre-party DetoxLook after yourself this festive season with a pre-party detox drink!

Christmas parties, work parties, New Years Eve - all this fun can take its toll on your body. Why not help your body  and drink this pre-party juice from Stephanie Moran? The juice recipe is packed full of ingredients that will "increase stamina, rejuvenating the liver and skin, and ease nausea, unwanted water retention and stomach bloating".
You need:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 8 large tomatoes
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 1in ginger
  • 1 lime (with skin)
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions:

Wash all the ingredients and then juice whole. If you don't have a juicer then add all the ingredients in a blender with a large glass of water.

Why not keep half the juice for the morning after?
